Ltd. was established in May 18, 2017 with a registered capital of RMB 10,000,000, which is a company established in Zhoushan Free Trade Zone with a capital contribution of RMB 70 million by CNOOC Taifu Marine Fuel Co. and RMB 30 million by Hu Yuxing personally.
The business scope is mainly engaged in the wholesale of gasoline, diesel oil and kerosene (without storage); supply of fuel oil and lubricating oil; self-supporting and acting as an agent for the import and export business of various commodities.
On June 8, 2017, Zhejiang CNOOC Taifu obtained the bonded oil business qualification for international shipping vessels issued by the People's Government of Zhoushan City, marking that Zhejiang CNOOC Taifu can solve the limitation that CNOOC Taifu can only supply bonded oil along the Yangtze River at present, and subsequently will be able to make use of the various strategic advantages of Zhejiang FTZ to realize the cross-customs supply business of bonded oil in Ningbo, Nanjing and Shanghai Customs District, which will provide a favorable policy environment and resource environment for CNOOC Taifu to transform and upgrade, and make the bonded oil business bigger and stronger.
