China Petroleum News (Special correspondent Xu Bing correspondent Liu Yan) On December 8, all the civil foundations of Dongqiao Sub-transmission Station of Eastern Pipeline Jiangsu Station Project, which was constructed by Huanqiu Sixth Oil Construction Company, were completed.

　　This project is an expansion of the original gas pressure station, relying on the existing power supply and communication facilities, and leads the gas source from the sink behind the filter in the station to supply gas to the newly built Huaneng Suzhou Combustion Engine Cogeneration Co. The main works include the addition of one set of ultrasonic flow meters and two sets of regulating skids and other gas supply facilities, and construction started on November 15.

　　This project is a clean energy project to implement air pollution prevention measures in Jiangsu Province and to further implement the "Blue Sky Project" in Suzhou City. It is of great significance to change the energy supply mode and optimize the energy structure of Suzhou area.

　　On the basis of the experience of the previous West-East gas transmission project, the company established HSE management system with safety, efficiency and environmental protection as the main lines, and conducted special training and briefing for key processes and important links to ensure that the operators are familiar with the work content, steps, risks and emergency avoidance.

　　As it is an expansion in an already operating area, before the start of construction, Sixth Construction made continuous hard fencing of the construction operation area and carried out foundation excavation and slope protection in accordance with the specification requirements to ensure safety in the operation area.

　　In view of the special characteristics of the project, the Sixth Construction Company strengthened the process testing. In the construction of process pipeline, 100% of butt welds are ray tested, 100% of non-butt welds are surface tested, and 100% of butt welds not involved in pressure testing are ray tested and ultrasonic tested. At the same time, we mobilized the elite operation team and machinery and equipment that had participated in the construction of the West-East Gas Transmission Project, and went to the construction site within a short period of time to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
